Why would Amazon owe you money?

Amazon handles millions of units, and mistakes happen every day in your account. Amazon compensates for these mistakes according to their policy. We just need to ask for it.
We cover more than 20 different refund categories, here are just some of them:

Lost Units
Amazon might lose units at the FBA warehouse,  during inbound and outbound shipments.

Under-Valued Reimbursement
We confirm that Amazon reimburses you fully, not partially.

Refunds
We scan all the refunds issued by Amazon for your buyers and claim reimbursement when no unit is returned.

Incorrect FBA Fees
We make sure that you are not overcharged for wrong weight or dimension fees.

Replacements
Every replacement must be followed by a return of the original unit. We verify that.

Returns
When a unit returns to FBA warehouse, Amazon might not put it back in your inventory.

Wrong Unit Returned
A buyer might return a different unit than the one you sent him.

Damage
Amazon might damage units at the FBA warehouse,  during inbound and outbound shipments.
